Process

At Technics Garments, the complete production flow from raw material intake to final packing follows a structured process chart to ensure seamless operations. Each department is assigned clear production targets, closely monitored from cut to pack. All production lines are balanced according to SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) to maximize efficiency, productivity and consistent output.

Fabric inspection and testing are conducted in accordance with international standards.

The entire production process from raw material entry to final packing is carried out according to the established flow chart.

Clear pre-production targets are assigned to all departments including MRP, TDS, Pattern, Sampling, fabric and accessories procurement and first piece trial with strict monitor to ensure on-time completion.

Each production line is balanced and designed according to SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes).

The facility has a daily production capacity of 6,000 pieces.

Well defined Quality KPIs are implemented to reduce DHU and Improve RFT, ensuring consistant quality and higher customer satisfication.

In Technics Garments, QMS, pre-production processes, trials and handouts are effectively implemented and strictly followed.

An advanced ERP system is used to integrate all departments including Export, R&D, Merchendising, production, inventory, HR, finance and procurement ensuring smooth data flow, efficient management and accurate decision making.
